Refreshing Your Chrome Browser

If you are a Swank Media Library user, this is for you!

The vendor recently updated their platform, which has caused a redirect error, in that when you try to access Swank from ClassLink, you are redirected. The fix is to clear your browser cache…

  • Open the Chrome browser
  • Click the menu icon (the 3 vertical dots in the upper right-hand corner)
  • Click “Delete browsing data”
  • A basic cleanse should work; select “Time range: All time”and click “Delete data
  • Swank should open as expected now
