The vendor recently updated their platform, which has caused a redirect error, in that when you try to access Swank from ClassLink, you are redirected. The fix is to clear your browser cache…
- Open the Chrome browser
- Click the menu icon (the 3 vertical dots in the upper right-hand corner)
- Click “Delete browsing data”
- A basic cleanse should work; select “Time range: All time”and click “Delete data”
- Swank should open as expected now
