Summer Reading At Wood Library!

The official start of summer is less than a month away — Tuesday, June 21st — and summers are Wood Library’s time to shine with a full schedule of teen programs in June, July and August, including summer reading!


Countdown To Summer Reading @ Wood Library!

This year’s summer reading program — Oceans Of Possibilities — kicks off at midnight on June 17th! You can sign up now to log your reading times at ReadSquared — woodlibny01.readsquared.com.

  • Earn a lanyard and pins for logging your reading time through the website.
  • Three grand prize winners will receive a $50, $75 or $100 Amazon gift card.
  • Any reading (or listening) counts! Fiction and nonfiction books, eBooks, manga, graphic novels, Webtoons, fan fiction, articles, audiobooks, etc.

The CA Library Collection — Current CA freshmen, sophomores and juniors in good standing (NO OVERDUES!) can borrow up to 5 books from CA Library to keep for the summer — we’ll make them due on September 15th. Stop by CA Library for more details and to check the library catalog.

The SORA Reading App — CA students and staff have access to thousands of eBooks and audiobooks in the Sora digital reading app, with thousands more available from the Wayne-Finger Lakes BOCES and public library collections.
